Upgrade processor from Dual to Quad to fix FarCry4
I have a Toshiba Satellite C850-1MC with a Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B960 @ 2.20GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz Memory: 4096MB RAM. What is the best processor to upgrade to?

With a laptop your CPU upgrade options are going to be very limited, not that it matters. A better CPU wouldn't help much because the low-end integrated GPU in that laptop is likely what is causing performance problems, and those can't be replaced. You'll have to get a new desktop machine/a gaming laptop if you want to play the game at decent settings with good performance, it's a demanding game. That or buy it on PS4/XB1.

You can't upgrade the CPU on a laptop. At least not wthout major potential for big problems.
Just buy a new PC, a desktop PC, for games.
