I got a new PC. How can I play NBA 2K15 on it?

I got my new PC. When I tried to run NBA2K15 on it, I failed to connect to the 2K servers. What's wrong? What can I do?

Failed connection - internet issue. New PC doesn't really solves issues related to your internet.
Make sure you use the latest driver to your adapter and add the game to exceptions if you have a firewall.

But I can run Dota2 and CS:GO correctly.

Maybe NBA2K15 servers are offline,steam doesn't have anything to do with what happens inside the game.
