Motioninjoy / DS3 tool is not working. error 0X-1ffffdb9

Hello

When i try to install the DS3 driver from Motioninjoy, it gives me this error

SUCCESS:Building Driver Info List.
SUCCESS:Call Class Installer.
SUCCESS:Get MotioninJoy Driver.
SUCCESS:Install MotioninJoy Driver start......
ERROR:Install MotioninJoy Driver fail.. Error code:0X-1ffffdb9

I already formatted my PC but the same problem appear. How do i do?

But DS3_Tool.exe does have the ability to download files from a remote location and execute them.

The program runs with system priviledges that calls an IE frame. The program can literally do ANYTHING IT WANTS and will not prompt you because its running as a system driver. It can download and remote execute literally anything and it will do so without UAC activating because its working at the HAL layer not at the application layer. MitM attacks are possible because the url is hard coded and not protected by SSL.

If anyone hijacks their domain, they literally have a botnet army waiting for commands that will be executed without question.

Please feel free to explain how that is not a remote trojan?

Why do people insist on using a Chinese Remote Trojan

Don't get me wrong, but how do you know that? And what exactly the Trojan does? I mean how harmful it is for our systems?
I have been using for almost 2 years now, and none of any antivirus I have used has found anything malicious about it. But if it is malicious, what are the symptoms and how to get rid of them?

Its really bad. Get this, which is called BetterDS3, and its the same thing, just not a trojan lol

I seriously recommend that you don't use the motioninjoy tool.... If you get your computer hijacked by the chinese, don't say you weren't warned.

It's funny how everyone using the latest version is having issues installing. I use v0.6003 x64 offline without having to set my year to 2014 the Cert from v0.6003 expired in 2011 I'm using Windows 10 Pro x64 no issues here.
Just add C:/Program Files/MotioninJoy/ds3/DS3tool.exe and MIJcmd.exe to windows firewall's outgoing and incoming connections rules as a blocked application so it doesn't connect to the internet.

You can download the same copy of MIJ v0.6003 Offline that I use here {ENLACE ELIMINADO}http://www.mediafire.com/download/chctud6gchszok4/MotionInJoy_v0.6003_x64_Offline.exe

To use the offline version run the 7-zip self extracting .exe you'll get a folder Named "MotionInJoy_v0.6003_x64_Offline" inside are 2 folders named "MotioninJoy_060003_amd64_signed" and "motionjoy.local.0.6.0003a.Full"
the installer is located in "MotioninJoy_060003_amd64_signed" run the installer the go to the "motionjoy.local.0.6.0003a.Full" folder there is a folder named "local" copy this folder to "C:\Program Files\MotioninJoy\ds3\" add DS3Tool.exe and MIJcmd.exe located in the same folder to your Windows Firewall incoming and outgoing rules as a blocked application and you'll have full use of MIJ with it not being able to connect to the internet. When DS3Tool loads up you'll get a blank white page click the local button at the top to start using offline mode
