Some Borderlands 2 DLC not showing up in the Store.
(This is a Steam store-related problem.)

Note: I created this account in the Philippines, 2 years ago, and I'm currently living in Bahrain.

Whenever I search for the following DLCs for Borderlands 2 in the Steam store, they don't come up.

-Borderlands 2: Ultimate Vault Hunter Pack 2: Digistruct Keep Challenge
-Borderlands 2: Mechromancer Pack
-Borderlands 2: Psycho Pack
-All character skins

(The GOTY edition of Borderlands 2 is supposed to contain 10 items: the 4 campaign DLCs, Collector's Edition pack, the Mechromancer Pack, the Psycho Pack, Creature Slaughterdome, UVHM Pack 1, and, of course, Borderlands 2. When I visited the GOTY edition's Store page, it only had 8 out of 10 DLCs (the Mechromancer and Psycho Packs weren't included for me for some reason).

I tried using a browser, but it always ends up in a "Site Error" page on Steam, with the message "Oops, sorry! An error was encountered while processing your request: This item is currently unavailable in your region."

I asked a close and trusted friend (since kindergarten) to check if he could visit the Store page of the Mechromancer DLC, to which he was successful, being able to buy it, even. So, I asked him to log into my account (this went smoothly) in the Philippines while I'm in Bahrain. It wasn't showing up, even if he logged in to browsers.

So, the Mechromancer DLC (I love Gaige so much, it's unbearable) is available in the Philippines, but not in Bahrain.

My question is: why can't my Philippine account (this account) access the DLC's Store pages even if it's logged in from the Philippines? It worked with my friend's account in the Philippines, but not mine.

Is there any way for me to be able to buy these DLCs AND play them?

As an OCD fan of Borderlands, this is really, really driving me nuts.
