coz if i still cant verify my email...i cant add friend....

If you need to verify your Steam account, a green bar will appear on top of your Steam library.
And still, you have to buy a game on Steam.

coz on the first i make steam...to play dota 2.. i have a green bar....
but after i change my email....that green bar is missing....

n the effect on my account, i cant add friend n make a trade....
but on my steam setting >> account >> Vac status is good standing.... n security status is protected by steam....
