Come on. It is how community working but to me I don't think it has do something with game, it is hardware. So unless you want my help, I will need know specs of your system.
This is no joke. It was never game, never was. I have game one you list and it is not sound internal problem. Name your sound card and specs system. It can be your external sound card but I can't help unless you work with me.

Some games seem to only work with 44100 Hz audio. 16 bit, 24 bit, or 32 bit plays no role. Right now I run 32 bit audio with 44100 Hz and everything is perfect in portal 2. But if I change it to 32 bit 96000 Hz it' s slow motion sound again.
I think finally it would help to solve this audio problem in general, if everybody who attended this discussion would try out those different sound options I mentioned and tells what happens then with the sound on his system during the game.
