Red Alert 3 & Steam Cloud
I have a no savegame files on other PC then I play last time. The Steam Cloud not active there. I play in a computer club and when I change a PC, I lose all savegame. What happens with the Steam Cloud? The option in the properties is enabled.

Steam cloud has to be enabled by the dev

Refer to each game whether they hvae integrated SteamCloud support.

You can see in the store page if the game supports Steam Cloud.

Save games for Red Alert 3 are located in the users folder for the PC you are using:

C:\Users\{Your User}\Saved Games\Red Alert 3

You can save these to a memory stick and transfer them between computers as Steamcloud isn't available.
