Some games will run hotter CPU/GPU temps than others, that is normal, based on loads.
Just monitor the CPU & GPU Temps and see how hot it is getting while under load and/or while the fans spin up to those higher speeds.
Most likely you require better case fans, or more of them to increase overall airflow throughout the system. Ambient room temp could be a major factor here too.
When is the last time u blow out all the dust in the system? Do it every few months and keep it clean and that can help too.
Like Bad-Motha suggested, try taking care of the dust. It could also be your GPU fan's bearings. If it's just loud; and there's no odd noises - then it's likely just the heat the dust contributes to.
You might want to request RMA on the card, if it's under warranty and it bothers you enough.
EDIT: Just out of curiousity, how are the temperatures themselves?
So if un-sure about whether it is really a problem or not, seek out help from local friends or perhaps a tech who can help u in person. Also check all the fans yourself to ensure nothing has stopped working (such as a case fan perhaps) that could be affecting overall system temps and causing the rest of the fans to pick up the slack.
