YouTube videos won't refresh in my list?

I know there has been issues with the YouTube linking but i mostly see things that have either been fixed now or are from years ago.

Does this feature break often? or is it something wrong with my profile or something else?

When i click to add videos to my profile (I have linked my YouTube account as i have managed to put videos up before) It shows one video which isn't even my video...i don't know where it has come from which is odd and it will not refresh to show my videos.
The linked YouTube channel is indeed my own channel as i double checked the name.

I was tempted to remove it and re-add but i am afraid I won't even be able to re-link and lose all my previous videos linked to Steam. lol

Anyone know anything on this?
