using steam offline to play PES 2015

Hi All,
Appreciate if some one can help me playing Pes 2015 offline, what can i do if i don't have internet all the time?
i used the offline mode but simply it give me a black screen and close.

yup it sucks xD you can start the game online and then go offline and keep playing tho. when I have to go somewhere without internet I use the 3G from the cellphone to start the game.
