Gifting from US to Philippines

Is it possible to gift Skyrim from the US to the Philippines?

I don't believe there are region restrictions on US games, so as long as Skyrim is available in the Philippines, it should be okay.

Games bought in the Philippines would be, but it shouldn't affect redeeming games bought from the United States. That's my understanding anyways.

Ok Thanks but are referring to Gifting or Buying? or does it apply to both?

A game bought in the Philippines should only be redeemable in that region, so you cannot gift Philippine bought games outside that region. However a game bought in the US should be redeemable anywhere the game is available for sale, as far as I understand it; so you can gift US-bought games to any region that has them for sale.
