Humble Bundle, etc. don't give out the actual keys anymore, you need to link your account and redeem the gift.
Sending via e-mail is also not the best of options.
I'd really just love the option of putting a key somewhere, some one else can enter/activate it and everyone's happy.
Another usage is posting an image with some keys hidden in it, and the people who find them first can join the game.
// EDIT
There has to be a way, as many live-shows do exactly that, get keys for the games and give them out using whatever way they can imagine....
Well, thanks for the input, I'll try my luck at said stores.
// EDIT
Great, and the Key-Stores I just checked don't have the games I need....
There HAS to be a way, others are doing it, so....
Just press send gift in the inventory and paste in the email of the winner and you are done.
You can hold the raffle on http://steamgifts.com/ and then you see the email of the winner and just send the gift from your inventory to that email adress and bam. No need to add people.
Steamgifts even has a feature where you can enter the key into the page and the winner will get it automatically.
