Internet lag when friend joins my games

Whenever one of my friends joins any of my hosted servers across multiple games, my internet connection goes to complete ♥♥♥♥. It's like my internet is picking up his ip as a virus, thus slowing down my entire connection (I know that's not the case, it's just an example of what it's like). My internet connection becomes so poor that I can't hear anything my friends are saying on Mumble, or TS3. Their voices become robotic and distorted because my internet is so slow.

I know it's not my internet speeds becasue I have 100 down 12 up, and I stream on a regular basis perfectly fine.

This only happens with this one friend in specific. My other friends join and everything is perfectly fine.

We can stay connected for about 30-45 seconds then whatever game we are playing will kick him automatically.

This means that your friend has God awful connection.
