How to Embed Youtube Videos on Steam Forums?

Hi all. I have seen numerous people embedding Youtube videos on the Steam forums and I can't figure out how to possibly do it. Everytime I do it, it just comes up with the link and opens up another webpage. Cheers!

are you a premium on steam? (Did you ever add money)
If so you should just be able to copy and paste the link and steam should automatically

OH OK, so that explains why it's not been working for me. I have yet to spend money on Steam. Thank you very much for you help. Oh, and just to be clear once I do buy my first game on Steam, all I need to do is paste the link, so there's no need to add in url at the start and end?
