Mouse is out of sync
So, I just bought Saints Row 4, and I start it up, and the cursor is out of sync with my mouse movements. I have looked around for a solution, but still no help. If anyone can suggest anything, that will be great.

Lagging Mouse could be due to VSync, or because the game FPS is so low, there is system-wide lagg and thus the mouse won't be as smooth/accurate as compared to when the FPS is higher/smoother.

I probably should have been more clear, my mouse is somewhere, and my cursor is too high up.

ALT TAB out of the game to your Desktop and then back again, see if that helps.
Then also ensure the visuals are setup properly, such as the in-game Screen Resolution.
