Bought a gift, they didn't receive it
I bought a gift for a friend of mine, Final Fantasy XIV: ARR, everything went fine it charged me the $20 and then said that it was pending and to wait for a confirmation. well 1 day later he still hasn't seen anything and i don't see it in my gift history nor in my inventory. Any suggestions?

Hmm, got the email when you bought it? Save that, contact support and tell them what happened. Include the confirmation numbers for the purchase if you need to.

sadly i didn't receive an email either, i honestly don't know what happened... i went to the cart pressed the send as gift, and then went thought the process. after i bought it, it charged me the $20 then at the top said that it was pending and to wait for a confirmation.... but after a day i should've at least gotten an email right? i'm confused. its only $20 i know but i don't want to buy another copy only for it to be lost as well...

just checked your 2nd link and it is there, it says its pending and that i can cancel. so do i just let it do its thing and wait or contact support?

I would try to wait a bit, but its up to you. Contacting support will probably take longer. There seems to be some issue with purchases right now, it could just work it self out later.
Either cancel and buy it another day or wait today.
