Paysafecard problem help me please !!
Hello
I usually like Paysafecard invest money into your account.
So I bought 10 evro.V this day I have intenet was very weak.
Well, I chose it Paysafecard 10 euros and I should profit be transferred to a page where I had to write a very cod.
Well, I squeezed about 15 minutes nothing happened, I tried a second time, too, there is nothing, well, the third time is the same.
I went to the official website of Paysafecard and wanted to test it yet est dengue or net.
I wrote and see 0 .... look into additional information is written there that the money came but I could not get the money.

A pre-authorization hold was put on the money, it was set aside for Steam to collect. If Steam collects the money, the 10 euros will be added to your wallet. If Steam does not (or cannot) collect the money, the hold will be removed after a few business days. Contact PaySafe to find out how long you must wait.

Confirm what it says under "Event":

It's exactly what the error message said. The transaction failed, Steam does not have your money. PaySafe does. They have placed a hold on the money to keep you from spending it elsewhere, the hold will disappear after a few business days.

How long you have to wait depends entirely on PaySafe. Typically you must wait 3 to 5 business days, however holidays and weekends do not count.
