Steam Overlay doesn't work on CS:GO

It happened last night and I can't fix it. I tried a lot of things to solve it, I reinstalled it etc. but have still the same problem only on CS:GO. Please help me, it's really annoying.

Yeah it doesn't happen in other games. It happens only in CS:GO.

@Teutep: I checked task manager for gameoverlayui.exe, it isn't running in CS-GO.

Mistake me if i'm wrong but if you just close the game and reopen it it should come back. If that doesn't work try restarting steam then playing the game.

i have tried everything on the list and it still hasn't helped please recommend a fix :(

has anyone found a solution for this i have been looking for a fix for a couple days. Turning steam overlay on and off does not seem to work. On top of that both my game is verified and i have tried reinstalling.
