What is the difference between the Assassins Creed Black Flag editions?

-Assassin's Creed Black Flag Digital Deluxe Edition-
and the:
-Assassin's Creed Black Flag Digital Standard Edition-
What is the difference? and why is the "deluxe" addition is cheaper than the "standard" addition?

The deluxe version should be more expensive, it is my country although there is always the chance they've made a mistake and priced it incorrectly.
