Someone has more suggestions?

Ensure that you're actually hooking up the cable to the GTX 650's output; and not some integrated GPU's output.

What videocard drivers are you on?

There is a lot of drivers that ends .dll

.dll is a dynamic link library; I meant more so the version.

Are you sure you're not hooking the cord to your PC's integrated GPU, incase it has one? If you're not sure, what's the computer model assuming it's pre-built ?

I just want to ask. When I connect VGA cable to my main monitor from graphics card port it doesn't work, so maybe it is problem because my HDMI port is too from graphics card port.

too... from graphics card port?

Too what? Far?

Then it's probably an integrated GPU you're shoving the HDMI cable to; which would explain the no signal.

EDIT:
Here's an example from Google:

You do have it all on the bottom; and not vertically like above?

1 VGA port is at motherboard port and other is at graphics card.
Tev 1 mai. 2015 às 9:52
Yeah, don't use the motherboard port if you don't use the integrated videocard and actually intend to use the Nvidia.

So I'm saying that VGA port which is at graphics card doesn't work

At quick look, solution was to plug all displays into the same GPU. Some motherbaord disable the onboard iGPU when a dedicated GPU is connected so if a secondary display is connected to the iGPU it won't work.
