CS:GO high ping and no servers

Hi, I am getting incredibly high ping in CS:GO and the servers in the community list don't show except for one or two. I have done a speedtest and got 18 ping, 7.24mbps download and 0.62mbps upload. When I did a pingtest I got again 18 ping with a jitter of 1ms. So I am confused as to why I am getting upwards of 300 ping in-game whether it be in comp or casual. The only time I get a good ping of 20-40 is in the one server that comes up in the browser. Does anybody have any fixes or tips?

I have made exceptions for steam and CS:GO in my firewall and anti-virus btw
