A Steam Product code you activated has been removed from your account.
Hello i got this message yesterday on my steam :

Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. The games associated with this product code can no longer be played as a result. This could be due a problem with the payment methods you used to acquire this item from a third-party seller; or a problem with how the third-party seller acquired the Product code. Please contact the seller you acquired the Product code from for assistance.

If you would like to purchase the item, please visit the Steam Store. Otherwise you may choose to delete the local content associated with these games

I got the game from {LINK REMOVED} i have contact their support team they were very kind had to provide several screenshots to explain what's going on in the end they asked me to send a conversation with the steam support to explain why did this happened exactly

Note how the third party domain name is censored - It means it's already known to Steam and been added to the block list due to being Phishing, Malicious, or Risky.

Most likely risk involved with your purchasing.

It's not an Offical Steam store/reseller and it will depend how they get those steam keys, you will probably have to deal with them. For example: Someone purchases the game while on sale within their country for dirt cheap and attempts to resale for profit - You are evading your country tax which is illegal, plus you're trusting that person didn't send you a stolen key or revoke their own payment for the key after you assigned it to your account. Either way, it's still against Steam's policy and they don't have to help you with it.

Do this enough times, Steam will just ban your entire account and you lost everything!

Cancel/Reverse your payment with the third party, if no response within a few days - since it's already been revoked from your account what you purchased. For example: If you used Paypal, you can file a dispute on that payment. Just attempt to work it out normally first however, use this as a last resort.

At the top-right, type the domain name to search.

You bought the game from a site that is an unauthorised seller. It's also a site that is embroiled in fraud, region-locked titles and stolen keys. Steam Support can take up to 4 weeks to respond so you'll have to await their response and then get back to the site in question. I strongly advise never to use them again and stick to reputable sellers in future.

It doesn't matter.

It's an unauthorized reseller; keys have been revoked from that page before too.
i.e. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2015-01-26-it-looks-like-ubisoft-is-going-after-third-party-key-sellers

Once is a time too; even if it never happened to you before.

Then, don't buy from there in the future if you don't want to risk getting your keys revoked.

4,000 keys were revoked in just a couple of days back in January from one publisher. Since then, several developers/publishers have started revocation proceedings against the site and keys are being disabled and games are being removed from people's libraries in their droves. Any game you have obtained from the site could be removed at any time in due course. I'd avoid them from now on.

as stated, this is between the place of purchase and the purchaser.
