Games that can play on this Laptop System? Please Help

I can't tell heads or tails on which processor and graphics card is better than the other. Can someone please tell me which common games being played now can be able to play on this laptop? Like a Battlefield game, or Call of Duty?

Here's the info on my laptop system:

Windows 8.1 2013

Processor: AMD FX-7500 Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G 2.10 GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 6.00 GB(4.97 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Can someone please tell me which games might be able to perform well on this type of system hardware on my laptop?

you might be able to play hardline on low and advanced warfare on med-high
also type the game you want to play in google then next to it type game debate and look for the 'can i run it' tab

When I tried Advanced Warfare, it warned me of there not being enough Dedicated Video Memory, even with all the lowest settings possible. And Hardline? I'll have to give that a shot.
