[SOLVED] Do anyone know that why RBC Visa Virtual Debit Card doesn't work on Steam?
I was trying to use it to buy Steam games, but unfortunately each time I tried it, Steam always said it has been declined by card company, so what is the problem? Canadian Visa Debit doesn't support the payment from a website other than Canadian website???

[IT HAS BEEN SOLVED]
I don't know why, the problem just has been fixed automatically after 2 days since I posted this discussion, maybe there is a time to wait for activating a Visa Debit Card, but anyway, thanks to those who had tried to help me to solve this problem!

Well now the problem is that im not 18 years old, i become 18 next year, so I cant buy steam gift cards using the website you gave me because it requires a paypal account, even if dat website offers a way to pay using credit/debit card, but my card just simply cant afford any type of online shopping, thats where the problem occurs, even ive tried some other foreign websites, they didnt work as well

Ive bought one before, and it worked really well, but its quite convenient cuz I have to go buy cards over and over, and the store (seven-eleven) is not close to my house, a round trip would take about 30 mins, so I want to try to use visa debit to pay online directly, and if I'll go to local store, why dont i just buy a steam gift card, cuz prepaid card needs to pay few dollars for activating which is really annoying.

I don't know how common steam gift cards are in other countries so I didn't suggest it. I was just throwing out ideas

Also I don't know if it is available in Canada but the AmEX Serve card is probably the most reasonable one https://www.serve.com/

American Express? does it have any age prerequisite?

No more than any other prepaid card to my knowledge which are 13 or 14 years old I believe in the US

lol, i was mis-searching the american express website, and found it a credit card and needs to be at least 18 years old and also annual income of $15,000, but after I re-checked ur message, its a serve card, but unfortunately, seems that there is no such card available in canada :(

It's fine, I'll just buy steam gift card for next year til I get to 18, btw thank u for helping me during this period, PS: paypal age limit is bulls hit to me

TY :) btw, by researching, I found out that paypal did accept 16 years old in a few years ago, but now the age limit just increases to 18

lol, i dont really care about to use wallet card or debit/credit card, but problem is that when you want to buy some digital games from a retail website, u will not have way to pay for those games

most kids dont have credit card i can use my debit it other online shops just not in steam alwys say ur credit card info is wong but fuc xd i have debit cad nd it saying credit card info is wrong in othere online sites it work well afc i buy steam wlllet codes online from a site with same card..:QuantonsMinion: i am thinking to create a acc on skrill cause steam have payment method as skrill(money bookers)
