Steam portal %90 discount coupon with mid week sale

Guys I already have %90 discount coupon for Portal 2 but i can't use it because of the mid week sales.Moreover, it will expire on 29th which is before 2 days for sales to end.Is there any way to use my coupon without caring the mid week sales.I really don't want to pay more than enough money.Thank you for your help

Unfortunately, Steam only uses one discount, and sales take precedence.

The behavior in this case is similar to someone who has to support something that he doesn't want -- but if Steam didn't want coupons they just shouldn't offer them, period. And if Valve doesn't want to coupons for their games, they just shouldn't offer them either.
