I have problem cause I had on this account cs 1.6 and I locked this account. Now I bought counter strike go and I can't add anybody to friends, please for help :)

Have you actually read the support page? Especially the part where it says that the suppport page uses a separate account?

Ok, let me say it again in simpler words: the support page tells you that the support system doesn't accept your Steam account and you have to open a separate account.
Do you understand that?

You have to make another account for steam support HTTPS secured website. DON'T use your steam login. Make another one for support ONLY. A different login is what he means
