Csgo Global Cooldown

Can you guys explain to me what is global cooldown? And when it gonna end? And if i buy another game copy do that global cooldown will be over?

Ah yes the common lament of the cheater. I suck therefore I didn't cheat.

If you have an ESP cheat you can still suck.

If you're expecting people to feel sorry for a cheater you're in the wrong dimension.

Like I already said, bans are delayed. You didn't get banned for what ever you did in the last game you played. Could have been something that happened 2weeks ago.

What happens if you get a Global Cooldown and it says "This account is permanently untrusted"?

yo someone help me, recently our 5 man team has been playing garbage except for one player who i know in really life and have seen that he does not cheat however he has been carrying like 30+ kills to our 10-18 which obviously looks pretty fishy to anyone viewing the matches, i mean when ever we make a callout via teamspeak and he responds to it people may say it looks like esp, think about how many times you hear/see people rage report someone as a cheater, but i know for a fact that he is not cheating, people need to stop jumping to the conclusion that because someone is significantly better than them, it instantly means hacks, he is just better than the people he is playing against, i feel that the ban was unreasonable because he was only playing well for about 3-4 games then it is back to his normal 20k standard, who can i speak to, to try and appeal for an unban? if needed i can show some replays to prove that the overwatch was unfair, the latest offence i recall him doing was getting kicked for accidentally stabbing a bot on our team XD

Yeah, in overwatch they should show ranks of the people so if there is a 5man team with one or more globals, the overwatchers should be able to see it so that they can make a better choice of action against the ''suspect'', sure alot of people play with smurf accs but still RANKS SHOULD BE SHOWN TO THE OVERWATCHERS.
