Csgo Global Cooldown

So today i was playing csgo then i saw this http://prntscr.com/5xnq36
Can you guys explain to me what is global cooldown? And when it gonna end? And if i buy another game copy do that global cooldown will be over?

That's not a cool down, it's an overwatch ban. Those usually turn into VAC bans. The only thing you'd be able to do is make a new account and buy the game again.

Majorly disruptive: Cheaters are usually permanently removed from the game.

convicted as a cheater by overwatch a vac ban is shortly gonna appear on your profile and your skins locked onto that account :)

enjoy cheating against cheaters on non secure servers now ;)

Not our problem. And trying to convince anyone here is pointless.

It's overwatch. Multiple people watched you play and VAC is going to scan the records and see if you cheated.

nobody cares if you claim you did not cheat the fact that the overwatchers which requires an unanimous vote and as you can see from the global cooldown you cheated or not and as you can see they voted yes.

to answer your other question, no another csgo copy will not remove your cooldown you will get a vac ban it is just a matter of time.

if you want to play csgo again on vac secure servers you need to buy it on a new steam account.

Yeah, that's not gonna fly. You were convicted by Overwatch and the ban was investigated and confirmed by Valve.

You did not cheat? Ok explain why you were convicted by Overwatch and especially if you get a ban why should valve ban you because of nothing?

Okay there's the truth i was playing competitive ♥♥♥♥♥ as always... then suddenly csgo has closed and then i opened csgo again and tried to reconnect to the competitive but it didn't connected then i decided to abandon competitive and then puf i saw that overwatch ban
