Playing Games without In-Game OverLay Access
So I'm trying to play a game on a computer that I'm not the admin on. I was able to install steam and rust and able to launch the old legacy version of it but not the main experimental version because of in-game overlay access not enabled. Should i be deleting some files in steam folder to get to that? Basically is there a way to get around the In-Game OverLay access. Thanks! :)

Steam --> Settings --> In-Game --> "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game" just check or uncheck the setting the way you want.

Well now it says failed to start game (missing executable). Anything else from there?
