Locked out of Admin account on Windows..

Hi. I am unable to access the admin account on my laptop, and do not have the password for it. This means that i can not 'give permission' for steam to run games on a secondary account on my laptop. Resetting the password does not seem to be an option and im desperate to get playing the new FM game. Ive managed to install it onto the steam account i thankfully already had on the secondary account but when i click to play permission is still needed.
