"There was an error creating a new topic"

When i try to post in another discussion forum, i get the message:

"There was an error creating a new topic: 2."

What does it mean?
I can't find any documentation on that error code.

I think this error is related to post length.
I have split my post in half, and now i can post.

i got mine from my post being to long, you may have what i have, or having something with dis-allowed special characters or something

I am getting this error on a post that isn't very long at all (237 characters): "How do I make a toggle that causes one input to enable while the other is disabled and vice versa? I'd've thought OR would do it but no. I want a liquid pump to turn on only when the oil refinery is off, and vice versa. How do I do this?"

Edit: on the third try it worked. Stupid forums...
