Motor Rock, the game previously known as Rock'n'Roll Racing 3D
Hello,

Does anyone know if this game is still available on Steam?
When I go to the Motor Rock website it states that I can get it on Steam if I make a donation ($3).
Only I can't find the Motor Rock storepage only the greenlit page which says it's greenlit.
Can anyone confirm or unconfirm that if I donate I get the game or not?

Thanks!

The game was removed from Steam due to the developer violating copyright laws.

See this video for an explanation why.

I've heard about the copyright problems but the website still offers this game on Steam while it has been removed so I was wondering if this is a backdoor to own a copy or maybe they removed all the copyrighted stuff and it's legal now.

We cannot tell and you don't know when they updated their website last, could have been before the ban from Steam. If they make a game based on lies, why not steal money with lies? Do you really want to trust and support that hive of scum developers?

Maybe you're right.., on the other hand the game looks nice and it seems like the devs put a lot of work in it.
I remember however that this game started out as a freeware project and it might have dodged legal issues if it had stayed that way, so going to Steam with the legal issues unchanged might just have been a naive move, also the low price suggests this though I'm not sure hence I made the OP.
