OpenID2.0 or OpenID Connect 1.0?
Is steam community still using OpenID 2.0 or the newer one, OpenID Connect 1.0? If the newer one is being used, which library is best to use?

I am trying to figure this out as well. It seems OpenID Connect should at least be on Steam's radar since OpenID Connect is what will be used going forward. I use Keycloak for centralized security and they only support adding providers that implement OpenID Connect. For that to work I need an Authorization Url, a token Url, a Client ID and a Client Secret. From what I can tell Steam still uses OpenID2.0 but even that server is down?

If anyone is still interested, I made this project https://github.com/ImperialPlugins/SteamOpenIdConnectProxy which translates Steams OpenID 2.0 to OpenID Connect for KeyCloak (and other services)
