Turning off subtitles for all games
I was wondering how I can turn the subtitles for all games off through steam, In game the subtitles are off, but they still show up in everygame?

Subtitles are a per-game setting.

There is no global game setting, as the config files are not unified. You have to turn them off for every game separately.

Hm thats strange because in skyrim and shadows of mordor subtitles are turned off in game but I still have them thanks anyway
