Help! Friend cant get off level 0!
Hes level 0 so he cant rate stuff, cant trade, cant complete the community badge becuz the last 5 things he cant do because of his level. help?

He should invest money in Steam, by buying a game or charging his Steam wallet. That will give him the ability go get experience and get off level 0.
