Pre-ordered a game, the game is out and It still says it isn't out! PLS HELP
I pre-loaded the game and it says the game is still encrypted and hasn't came out yet. (BTW the game is The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth)

Have you tried restarting Steam (exit completely and re-launch)?

Yeah, I have, like a bunch of times! Still won't work though.

Make sure you are exting Steam completely, not just closing it. Either go to Steam -> Exit, or reboot your computer.

Rebooted computer, still doesn't work. I just tried closing steam completely again to see if I was being just dumb, but no. Still says it's not released yet.

I didn't purchase this game, was it pre-loadable, and you are just trying to install/run it after the preload? Or are you trying to download it right now?

It was pre-loadable, I pre-loaded it and when it was released, I couldn't run it. I still can't run it and I have no idea why.

Yes! I have. I forgot to tell you that I played this game at my friend's house. I downloaded it and it worked there, but not on my own computer.

Delete your local content and redownload it. Maybe something is corrupted with the preload download?

Delete Local Content
Refresh your Steam Files https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3134-TIAL-4638
Or alternatively Delete everything except for the Steam.exe and SteamApps folder.
Reboot your computer
Run Steam
Download the game again.
