Far Cry 3 activation code Uplay ??????

i just bought Far Cry 3 ( i know 4 is around the corner but nah :3 ) but when i start it the Uplay laucher ask me for the game activation code ( i buy the game from the summer sale ) help T__T

Right click the game in steam and view cd key, Use that key when uplay asks for it.

update your uplay client, it doesn't need the key anymore.

Well you're responding to a post that's six years old. Do you think maybe Uplay has changed a bit over time? And what you see today maybe isn't quite the same as 2014?
