Paysafecard problem

I added money with paysafecard and nothing changed to my steam wallet...my paysafecard is empty atm and paysafe service told me to open a ticket to steam..i did but i got no answer ..what should i do ? ..

Check your Steam account details page. What does it say?

There is a pending one and some failed status ..the thing is that my paysafe is empty and no mone added to my account..and no support :(

The money will return to your Paysafe card. Give it time, Paysafe is notorious for being slow.

I did have a conttact with paysafe and they said that transaction is confirmed..i also checked that..So its a steam's issue i suppose..

Then how comes every other payment method works fine but not PSC? And how comes people post problems with PSC all the time?
Well, I don't really care. If you don't want to take my suggestion to use another payment method which is not known for failing all the time and/or being slow, your keg of beer.

i contacted Paysafeservice and they told me they cant help me since transaction is confirmed and only steam support could help me ...Sorrry but i wont buy anything unless i got my money back..There should be immediate asnwer to tickets concerning payments etc..

Same Problem here. Store is telling me there might be a problem with the transaction. And I should contact Steam Support :(
