Garry's MOD not working!

Guys please help after I updated my Garrys MOD it wont start it says "The Program can't start because steam_api.dll is missing from your computer. Try Reinstalling the program to fix this problem" but iTried Reinstalling the program but no use.. Help after I Exit this Error another thing comes out it says "Failed to Load the Launcher DLL: The Specefied Module Could not be Found" Guys Please Help Please pLease PLease Please PLease Please!!!

If i remember garry mods need hl2

Did you put the file on hl2 directories ?

I put at the SysWOW64 and to the game directory after Putting it on the SysWOW64 i Tried Starting it then nothing and then I Tried Putting it on the Dirctory of the game and Start it then still nothing. T^T
