Canceling Boacompra order

Hi all,

I tried to purchase Football Manger 2015 (preorder) with my Visa bankcard. However, the order was somehow not accepted.

Then, I realized that there is an alternative option (to Visa) for payment, "İs Bankası",
which is also my bank. I used "İs Bankası" option, but the order was suddently finished and the page was directed to BoaCompra.

I got an e-mail from BoaCompra: "Your order has been made and we are waiting your payment to deliver it."

I want to cancel BoaCompra order. What can I do ?

I'd say you would have to contact BoaCompra, whatever that is.

Unfortunately, I cannot access the webpage of BoaCompra.

I performed all operations on stream, it is very sad that I ended up with such situation.

I checked my bank account and there is no money transfer. Still, Footbal Manager 2015 is now in my library but I cannot play the game:
"Your purchase is still being processed - Steam will notify you when the transaction has been completed. Until then, this game is not available to play"

I solved the problem:

To cancel a pending request go to "https://store.steampowered.com/account/" , click on " Account Details " and click on " Store Transactions " then click on " Cancel this transaction ." After finished the cancellation, you will be able to place a new order .
