steam game disappeared from library
I am using my girlfriend's computer, she also has a steam account and 3-4 games - metro 2033, L4D2, dead island

All games are on my account (i have own copy L4D2, metro 2033 from my girlfriend's account)
one game - Medieval 2 Total War Kingdoms disappeared from my library, only one

store game shows that I have it in the library, but it is not

game from the store I could install, but it could not be started (error - the missing file exchange)

again reinstalling steam, but without effect

I made what was described in the guide, with no effect

Did you do the last thing the guide told you?

Do you still have the email you got when you purchased that game? Look at it again and see what account name is in the email.

not because it did not fix my missing games in the library
this is a guide to run the game, but i will read last thing...

game worked before because I was playing on the computer, the first screenshot 32.6 h in game

When I walk on account of steam by the browser shows me that I have Medieval II: Total War Collection

Your account is set to private so there's no way to look at your game list on the profile, but if your account details show that you have the game, your library is probably set to only display installed games.

@Kargor
No, screenshots 2 - you have the game installed (white) and uninstalled (gray)
I have medieval 2 total war
I do not have Medieval 2 Total War Kingdoms

ok, I set the profile to public

Flushing your Steam application files
You can reset the Steam application's files to rule out a few potential causes of this issue.
1.Exit Steam.
2.Open Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox and type steam://flushconfig then press Enter. (If asked to allow this website to open a program, please click 'Allow' or 'OK'.)
3.When prompted by Steam to reset your configuration, please click 'OK' to confirm.
4.Once done, log in to Steam and re-test the issue.

no effect

it seems that not only me have a problem

"Medieval II: Total War - Kingdoms content is now displayed as DLC for the Medieval II main game, rather than as a separate listing in the Steam game library. You may notice that Kingdoms is no longer listed in your library, but you will automatically be granted access to the DLC package. The four Kingdoms campaigns are now accessible as launch options when right-clicking Medieval II in the Steam library."

ok, now its clear
thx steam u are the best...
