Can't send trade offers. (Error code 15)
I am trying to send someone a trade offer and I keep getting error code 15. I restarted steam, and waited overnight, but I still get the same error. The person is on my friends list, and I have traded with him before. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks.

I tried sending someone else a trade offer and it went through, but I still can't send the first person a trade offer. :/ I don't have any current trade offers to him, either.

Alright, thank you. Valve needs an error code cheat sheet.
