If it's only been 30 minutes, follow the instructions in my post above. The funds are probably just on hold and will be released back within 5 business days.

Our records indicate that PaySafeCard reported this transaction as failed and has not sent the funds to us for this purchase.
We would be happy to research the charges for you and contact PaySafeCard directly on your behalf to confirm the status of this payment. To do so, we will need a screenshot of the transaction as shown on your PaySafeCard account.
Please visit the following website http://www.paysafecard.com and click on "View Credit" on the left. A pop-up window opens where you can enter your PIN code for your paysafecard and the Security-Check information.
Click on submit and go to "Your Payments". Under “Details” please click on “+show”. Please provide a screenshot of the information listed under this tab.

It doen't make sense to me. To my knowledge, I didn't use Paysafecard.com. I used a Paypal account. The money has now cleared my bank account and my Paypal account says that the money went through.
