All my steam games show just the corner of the actual game(Top left corner)

whenever i try to open any of my games (from steam) they always only show the corner of the game does anyone know how to fix it?

You could try setting -fullscreen, possibly with -w and -h in pixels of your native resolution or -windowed with -w and -h of the window. Then if you adjust it in game delete those launch options.
