Skyrim mod: " An Altmer Intrigue " A NPC that needs to die is showing to be essential.

I have been playing this great mod and wish to continue to play the rest of the story but I have now played up to and into the quest where we confront a bad guy who needs to die but he won't die. I have gotten stuck at this same spot 3-4 times now with no relief in sight .
Can anyone please, direct me to the exact wording for a console command to complete this quest. I have spent many hours typing in commands from the steam guides section of the sight but with no result . It seems I am not typing the right sequences of ID #s and words for the computer to understsnd the command. Is there anyone who could spell out what I need to write out for the computer to follow orders, I just want to kill this guy off or remove his essential status and make him dead so I can finish the quest and move on. Please, someone help!!!

TY all.! All though I have been playing for several years I am new to the community. And yes I have messaged the mod's creator and it has been about a week since I ssent her the messsage maybe less but I have not received a reply yet. I just really hate being so stalled in my game. Ty again.
