Put them into your custom heads folder : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Mount Your Friends\custom_heads

But then how do you get your freinds to see them ive been trying to figure it out but it dosent work

Same problem... I dont' know how to get it on once it is in the folder.

Other ppl can NOT see your custom heads or bodies online unless they have the same files on their local computer. Sadly, there is not a share folder on a server somewhere. Your friends will need to place your files on each of their local computers for all of you to see the same custom bodies and skins.
