0/0 bytes downloading issue. Please help.
I'm having the issue where all my downloads are saying 0/0 bytes, and nothing will actually start downloading. This is especially annoying because I want to play the new Civ, but I can't because it needs to download something before I can play it. I've tried the recommended fix, switching to beta and verifying, then switching back, I've restarted Steam, restarted computer... etc. Nothing has worked. Please help :(

EDIT: Also, having a ton of trouble posting anything. Keeps saying "Sorry, some kind of error has occurred: There was an error communicating with the network. Please try again later."

Bumping again in the hopes this might get seen now. It's been a week, and the virus I thought might be causing this is now gone completely, so it has to be steam. I'd have it solved probably if steam support would just reply to my damn ticket, but they haven't said ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in a week, so....
