Report a translation problem
The use is, I believe, applicable with the laws quoted above, as I'm planning to buy "Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes" with my personal account to be used by my team as a bonding experience (no matchmaking there, nothing commercial, a wholly intended purpose for this particular game). My Company is happy to cover the expense, but would like an invoice for it.
Is it possible?
You wouldn't be inserting your VAT, you would be using Valves VAT. That receipt page (at least for me...) clearly shows the breakdown of NET cost, VAT, total and lists their VAT details.
