Its pretty bad tbh, no dedicated GPU only the APU which isn't even a high tier one. It'll play the games you listed but only on low to medium graphics settings.
orig phenom quads will not keep up with an intel notebook i7 quad even tho both are 1.5ghz
nwo/sto only use 2 cores, it will not be fast enough for those
the amd a4 is far from a gaming cpu and gpu
a4 5000 is a notebook apu
the amd 8330 apu is very poor for gaming

are you near a microcenter?
http://www.microcenter.com/site/stores/
they will have much better pcs in that price range
ex.
HP Pavilion 500-023w i3 3240 (3.4GHz), 8g ram, 1tb hdd $380
http://www.microcenter.com/product/437343/Pavilion_500-023w_Desktop_Computer_Refurbished
and add a gtx 750 $120
http://www.microcenter.com/product/430849/GeForce_GTX_750_Overclocked_1024MB_PCIe30x16_Video_Card
will need to pay tax, but same with walmart
Back in 2012 when I bought my PC, my two core Intel i3, smoked out almost all quad cores from AMD, even 3 six core models and it had half of their power consumption.
With Richland/Trinity AMD got a lot better, but their low-tier models will be weak for gaming regardless of core number.
In current gaming two powerful cores still means more performance as many weak cores.

The year 2012 ^^^ , smoking something that yr I guess but not most.
To the OP, that a4 5000 set up is trash, don't trust salesmen.
Do your research and re-think it., also beware of smoking CPUs, lol.
This'll be terrible as a gaming PC, very efficient for a non-gaming home computer. Not only terrible for gaming cause of the slow CPU but also the slow integrated GPU.
At the same price do yourself a really big favor and build this:
A8-7600 good basic PC build
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Rove/saved/2QyWGX
Base Total: $384.06
Mail-in Rebates: -$30.00
Total: $354.06
Add WIndows 8(.1) 64bit for $90 and a DVD drive for $15~ and you saved $40~. Or use Linux for free and run the games using "Wine".
Or spend a bit more on one of these cause then you won't need to buy a new R7 260X or better graphics card later to upgrade your PC:
"Gamebox" budget PS4/XB1 console replacement PC.
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Rove/saved/QR6rxr
Base Total: $486.20
Promo Discounts: -$12.00
Mail-in Rebates: -$50.00
Total: $424.20
"Gamebox" budget PS4/XB1 console replacement PC. Version 2
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Rove/saved/WmdG3C
Base Total: $507.90
Mail-in Rebates: -$70.00
Total: $437.90
Will cost just over $500 after rebates and with a copy of WIndows added in. Remember you'll also need to add in a DVD drive to install WIndows. They don't have it default cause Linux can install from USB so doesn't need DVD.
As for minimum system requirements for each game you asked about you can find that on the store page of each game. Try and match their recommended requirements rather than minimum or even go lots higher when you are buying a new PC rather than a new game for a old PC.
i3 and pentium g will beat amd quads and match or beat fx6300
If you are making money on it then ya.
For a gamer more cores from current AMD 4 or 6 or 8 core CPUs will last longer. You can see in the past also, 4 core CPUs from 5 years ago today are much better to to have than faster dual cores from 5 years ago.
intel cores are about double the performance of amd cores
only a few games perfer more slower cores, and they still do better with an i7 vs 8350 overclocked
Also, if you are wanting to stick with the laptop for a bit, you can always add more memory to it.. 8GB is your max on that laptop.. If it only has a single 4GB ram stick, then add another.. If it has two 2GB ram sticks, then replace both with two 4GB ram sticks.. This will give you a speed boost with the entire system...
Here are a few choices for your laptop in memory from NewEgg
I listed 2 different volt memory.. 99% of the time 1.5v will work, but just to be safe check
your current ram voltage if you are going to upgrade or replace..
1.35v memory
4GB -http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148813 = $42
8GB - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820191523 = $74
1.5v memory
4GB -http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231341 = $39
8GB - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313300 = $75
Just a thought...
