Well if you didn't get confirmation from Steam (again you can check the status here: https://store.steampowered.com/account/ ). Then the transaction has likely failed. If that is the case then the payment method company have put a hold on your funds. What that means is that the funds will eventually return to your account/card usually within 1-5 business days (up to a maximum of 10) depending on your payment provider's policies
..... If i have to wait 5 days or longer i gonna kill the steam support. :D

You likely have no legal standing to do so.
It happens. It's not the end of the world. Steam has millions of customers across the world making transactions every second with a variety of payment methods. Some are more reliable than others, and the problem could be Steam or the payment provider not communicating with steam fast enough.
But if steam will be good , give me my money on steam or paysafecard login ?
