I wrote my code to steam wallet and i paid. i close window and i havnt money on paysafecard and on steam !!!

What does https://store.steampowered.com/account/ say about your purchase? Did you get a confirmation email from Steam?

Well if you didn't get confirmation from Steam (again you can check the status here: https://store.steampowered.com/account/ ). Then the transaction has likely failed. If that is the case then the payment method company have put a hold on your funds. What that means is that the funds will eventually return to your account/card usually within 1-5 business days (up to a maximum of 10) depending on your payment provider's policies

I got the same problem 5min ago...... 10€ Paysafecard and i got nothing
..... If i have to wait 5 days or longer i gonna kill the steam support. :D

Same problem, i hope steam fixes this VERY quickly before i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sue the b!tches, my dad is a lawyer

Yes it is up to Paysafe. They have put the hold on your funds. Some card companies garuntee it being returned within 24 hours, most others within 5 business days, and in most countries it is illegal for them to hold the funds for more than 10 business days.

It happens. It's not the end of the world. Steam has millions of customers across the world making transactions every second with a variety of payment methods. Some are more reliable than others, and the problem could be Steam or the payment provider not communicating with steam fast enough.
